I would love to thank all the employees at impact printing for going above and beyond helping me with my wedding invitations. I spoke with Matt, or Mark, over the phone and he told me someone would be contacting me about the type of paper I wanted to use and sure enough someone gave me a call back. I was told to take the paper in so they can check it out and they said they could do it! I was thrilled because I had already invested in the paper and other printing places would not use paper that was not theirs. All I can say is they did an amazing job and such a reasonable price! The company I work for is looking to replace a local printer who recently went out of business and I called Impact Printing to get some information about the services they provide. The gentleman I spoke with sounded less than enthused, was very short in his answers and didn't seem interested in the potential business. The first impression was definitely poor and I would not call back to quote a job.

There are isolated situations with any given business but Impact has exhausted my patience for the last time. Rob has a kind demeanor but suffers from either too much work or just simple lack of ethic. There is either no interest in small jobs or just incapable of handling them but worst of all, communication. Constant ignored emails and calls with the excuses of a school grade child. Very unfortunate

Hands down the best printers I've found in Phoenix. Friendly, personalized service, great quality printing, and timely turnaround. These guys are true professionals.

I had a run of postcards I needed printed in pretty much less than a day. Impact made it happen and didn't screw me over even a little bit (in fact, I think I paid less than I would have at those big office stores)

We recently added a new attorney to our law firm and thus needed new business cards and announcements. Our old standby - Ponte - was bought out by some out-of-state entity. Wanting to keep our dollars local, we decided to give Impact a try.

They couldn't have been nicer! They were so knowledgeable and helpful and responded to e-mails almost immediately! Plus, they gently suggested changes to our in-office design to make our announcements really stand out.

Impact Printing is an amazing local family-owned printing shop. As a designer, I know from experience that a lot of projects are very tricky to produce and the final result depends very much on the production crew. These guys are the best. After the design for my business cards was ready to go, Impact treated my (let's face it -- SMALL) order as if it was as important to them as it was to me. I appreciated the attention to detail, and I now have an education in just how many different white card stocks there are, how many different shades of black ink there are, and how the two elements complement each other.
