Our firm focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings. We handle wills and estates, corporate formation and other legal matters on a case by case basis. Mac Brice has been a practicing attorney in York for over 30 years. He earned his degree in Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina School of Business in 1985, and graduated in 1988 from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Mac grew up in York and returned to practice law with his father and serve the residents of their community. He currently serves as the City Attorney, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of York, and serves as President of the Rose Hill Cemetery Association. He and his wife, Katie, live in York and together have six children and two grandchildren.

People of African American status do not use this attorney office they are prejudiced and they’re very nasty in attitude I’ve never been treated so terrible in my life I wouldn’t recommend this place if I had the opportunity to.

I am a Realtor and represented a buyer in a very challenging purchase. The lender was the VA and almost everything that could go wrong from the lender did - Nonetheless Mac and his staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the process.
