This is the first review I have written on any platform for any good or service in my life, but I felt compelled to do so given how bad Pyramid has been and to save others from a similarly horrible experience.
They are a complete joke of a property management company - our property manager is George Theodoridis who doesn't return calls/emails and can't even manage the landscapers for our community or a simple landscaping contract. My property value has suffered materially due to Pyramid’s carelessness and incompetence.

My husband and I recently opened a business, Davis Feliz Salon, in Greenwich and worked with Pyramid for our storefront location. I own a townhome for which Pyramid is the property manager for the complex. George is our direct contact at Pyramid... he is extremely responsive and professional. He walks the grounds of our property on a weekly basis to ensure matters that need to be addressed have been addressed... and if they have not been addressed, that they are scheduled to be addressed.

Pyramid Group was very professional in the process of leasing to me. Always were communicative and attentive to the needs in regards to the rental. Also the realtors make sure they are on the search for the best property you could find within all that the tenant is requiring in regards to preferences.
