I was just there and got for valve stems replaced.For the amount of work they had to do. Take off each tire clean tire&rim because of fix-a-flat in the tire. And grind the rims so valve stems wouldn't leak. It was only $53.00 and also put a plug in a tire with a screw in it. They did a great job and the price was very low in very happy with the service.I also went there to get a tire replacedAnd I found me a good used one and only charged 30 bucks for mounting and balancing. So it good quality service and a low price. I don't put this much effort in a review unless I'm really happy. Keep it up

Cost me $90 to have two tires that I supplied mounted and balanced and for them to tell me they couldn't do an alignment because I needed a repair. They gave me a ridiculously high price to do the repair while I waited, and tried to pressure me into it after I politely declined twice. And I drove away with my tire light still on beause the tire pressures were low. FYI walmart charges $15 a tire.

First, I am not a mechanic or overly mechanically inclined. Wonderful place. It came highly recommended from friends. I called for an alignment, luckily got in the same day due to a cancellation. The price for the alignment was reasonable per my research. Now, many folks here commented on the prices on tires being what they are no hidden fees. Well during my alignment there was a bent rod which they tried to bend back. They snapped it and charged me $125 to replace. Which, how am I supposed to say no? I need my car to drive to work. I was on my way to pick up my son for Spring Break when I got a flat on the highway a few miles from Shippensburg University. After changing the tire we drove to Shetron's to get the flat repaired and were seen right away the gentleman quickly replaced the valve stem and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes

Fast, knowledgeable, & friendly staff. They have always helped us with any tire needs we have had: new tires or patches. They have never made any effort to "up sell" us like so many other tires places do. These are just some of the reasons they have been in business so long. On a side note, it is always fun just to drive by and see the "tire art" they have out.

We are from Michigan and while in Pennsylvania I noticed a screw sticking out of my tire. Looked up tire stores on Yelp and found this place. This was a Saturday around 11am and they got us right in immediately! While one fellow was fixing the tire another guy was checking the air in the rest of my tires. They even crawled under my truck to check the tire pressure in my spare tire!! Even took pentrating oil and wiped down all of my lug nuts! I haven't taken a vehicle here for years reason being I had a tire repair on a jeep wrangler and Acura integra and directly after leaving the garage the wheel fell off while driving. It ruined both brand new tires. Their solution was giving me a used tire from some pile behind the store. After the second time in the same year I've never taken a vehicle back.

I get all my tires here. Fast, friendly service. What I like the most is when they tell you a price for a tire, or tires, the price is the price. No surprises surcharges for everything under the sun when you go to pay. If they tell you the tire is 100 dollars, when you go to pay, the price says 100 dollars. Not 129 because of recycle fee, mount fee, balance fee, valve stem fee, just because we can fee, misc shop supplies fee, etc. All those fees are part of doing the job, and should rightly be part of the originally quoted price. More shops should be this way.

Shetron's Tire Service is a hidden gem in Shippensburg; they have been in business since 1951 for a reason; the gent that checked me out today has worked there 49 years and could not be nicer. I have been taking my tires there and LOVING them since I got fed up with my hometown tire shop. Shetron's could teach the other shops some lessons:
