I'm a Paragraph. It's easy. Just click "Edit Text" or double click me and you can start adding your own content and make changes to the font. If you have been arrested or cited with a drunk driving Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Visibly Impaired or "Super Drunk" Driving" offense, you need competent counsel to guide you through the justice system.
Being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated in the State of Michigan is a serious criminal charge. Under MCL 257.625, a person convicted of a first time OWI may face up to 93 days in jail, fines and community service, as well as a license suspension by the Secretary of State. I have personally handled hundred of OWI cases in various courts throughout Michigan.
Even as attitudes change across the nation about use of marijuana, the State of Michigan and most cities/townships continue to assess criminal penalties for the use, possession and distribution of marijuana. If you are charged with a marijuana related criminal offense, you NEED representation. I will review every aspect of your case, advise you based on extensive experience, guide you through the court process and protect your rights.
If you are on probation or parole and your probation/parole officer has informed you that they are "violating you" or bringing a "show cause" hearing, you NEED representation. Your freedom is at stake, if your probation or parole are terminated, you will go to jail or prison. You have a right to an attorney to handle your probation violation.
