Dr. Tillema grew up on a dairy in Texas where hard work wasn't an option, it was a necessity 24/7. Dr. Tillema always believed if you take care of the animals, they will take care of you. As you might guess, lots of dogs and cats were dropped off on the dairy and Dr. Tillema was always providing care for those animals that were in need as his dad always joked, "You should open a veterinary clinic."
After graduating from High School, Dr. Tillema had many athletic scholarship opportunities but chose to serve his country in the U.S. Navy. After four years of working with an outstanding search and rescue team, Dr. Tillema got out of the military to work on his passion for veterinary medicine. Dr. Tillema graduated from veterinary school and after a few years working in upstate New York, he opened his own mobile practice in Southern California.

They aid the veterinarians in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work and administrative detail.

I had been trying to get my rabbit in for a week and had an appointment with another clinic and they canceled same day. I told Tillema vet clinic my situation and they saw him the same day and were so helpful with everything from start to finish and showed me how to properly medicate my rabbit. And the prices were reasonable. Definitely my new go to vet

Paid for the curbside consultation asked for a estimate for a dental cleaning that I have yet to receive over a month later and they did nothing for my dogs not to mention they took approximately 3-4 days to approve my flea medication that I ordered online because it was like $15-$20 cheaper which they won’t honor their own website price in person. Very disappointed with the service and over all experience

Very unprofessional, staff & supervisor as well they charge me 45$ for medication that was supposed to be for my turtle and gave me one dose. How is one dose supposed to last me two weeks. There trying to say it was my fault that it spilled it in my bag ,the good thing I brought every thing back there paper do not show any type of medication damage they also state that I might of gave my turtle to much medication knowing that there is a sticker red line on the Syringe letting u know how much to give the turtle. They just can not admit they made a mistake.

I called because my pig had an eye injury and Dr Tillema in the past treated my sheep so I was hoping he would be able to treat her. He explained everything he was going to do, luckily she cooperated for the most part and is on her way to recovering from an eye ulcer. Nice staff and I will definitely be coming back here with my animals to see Dr Tillema.

My sister-in-law recommended Dr. Tillema while I was in the process of both moving to the IE and rescuing a German Shepherd. I moved to Moreno Valley, but it is so worth it to drive to Corona for amazing vet care. Dr. Tillema is a straight-talker who definitely cares; you can tell by the way he and his staff speak about the animals, using "we" and "us" to refer to his animal patients. He is also cognizant about finances. He'll give you the options, let you know about the financial impact of each option, and give you his unabridged thoughts about which option is most viable on all fronts. I can

Dr. Tillema was great! I came in for the first time and I loved it here. My guinea pig had an emergency and he brought her in right away so she could be seen. He was very gentle with her. He took the time to explain everything to me and listened to all the questions I had. He is a very trustworthy and professional veterinarian and I'll definitely be bringing my animals back!
