From tinkering on projects as a boy to working with tools and building materials at Ace Hardware as a teenager, Josh Letarte always wanted to be a builder.
After graduating from Thornton Academy, Josh studied Business and Industrial Technology at the University of Southern Maine and began working with a high-end builder in Kennebunk (ME). It was there, at one of Southern Maine's finest homebuilders, that Josh honed his skills and began making plans to start his own company.

We were very fortunate to have Letarte Bros. build our home recently and could not possibly be happier with the results. With Josh and Nate, it's not just about the construction, it's the entire building process. They have many good ideas and sometimes the plans just don't show everything, but they don't miss a thing and have great ideas and suggestions that improve the end result of your most important project.
Letarte Bros embraces the challenge of home renovations and has the skill and experience to minimize the disruption of living in a house that is under renovation. Maintaining a clean, livable site is a point of pride and daily emphasis. For Letarte Bros, a project isn't complete when the tools are loaded.
