We listed our home with Becky and her team and received some of the best customer service we could have hoped for. We moved to CA and put our home up as rental with a property management group (initials ARM) and it was the biggest mistake ever! The property management company rarely returned our phone calls and insisted that all communication be through email. They made repairs to our home in excess of $300 ($697 to be exact) and did not notify us. They made the viewing of the home almost impossible when we were trying to sell. The manager or what ever she is was always very rude and short

Randee Brennan is all about the money! Now, for the owner of the property she may be a great asset (as a cash collection point). However, with regards to taking care of your property ensuring that your tenant's needs are addressed, communicating with the tenant as a mediator or otherwise; forget it she is the absolute worst (she doesn't respond to email, texts, or phone calls and you can never get a concise/clear answer on anything)! Dealing with Randee Brennan of Essential Properties truly makes for an unpleasant and disappointing rental experience! Do yourself a favor find another
