The lady on the phone is very rude she misunderstood me I thought I swore and hung up on me I proceeded to call back to tell her I did not swear I said the car is in brand-new shape I asked her what she heard she said she does not use that language she refused to help me after I still told I did not use any kind of bad language very rude This is after I gave her all my personal information do not use this insurance company scam scam scam scam
