Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our place was in mint condition. They barely had to do anything, but found whatever they could to charge us for, they charged us for. Made a point of the fact that we did sooooo much to take care of things that would be considered normal wear and tear to fix... and they charged us for two silly things. We saved them a lot of money with the care we took living there for five years, and they screwed us over as much as they could. We rented from a nice man who sold the place to Daymark... they're a greedy business who will find whatever they can to charge you for
