This place has two good things going for this business, Hailey and Will. These two went above and beyond to help get us scheduled and point us in the right direction. Hailey was very polite and professional over the phone. Will could easily run this business by himself, he is very knowledgeable, knows the ins and outs of what path to take for our future goals, he is an awesome listener as far as our needs went, cares about what we really wanted, highly professional, and probably the best asset to this company. I needed to update my will, and get legal information about passing on house and property to a relative who would be caring for me. Front desk clerk was overly sweet, ""there dear we will take care of you" attitude. Appointment that day was with a "team member" who took notes, very friendly. Actually talked with a lawyer on the next appointment. He then had a vacation. Next I got a letter in the mail, not the rough draft of a will.
