When you call to a book a massage with me, let the receptionist know if you'd like a 30, 60, or 90 minute massage. You can decide the style of massage once you come in for your appointment (swedish/general massage, deep tissue). Because your body, lifestyle, and personal preferences are unique, your session is customized to fit you.
