We just had the worst experience at Wayne's Automotive in Morehead City. I was told they were a stand-up garage, and they don't look for ways to nickel and dime customers. Not only did they nickel and dime my son (after I instructed them what needed repair), but they also claimed he asked them to make unnecessary repairs. I would not recommend anyone use this garage, ever!

Don’t go here! They will tell you something is wrong and it’s not to try to replace BIG PARTS. I tried to charge me $900 for a Catylic converter. Come to find out there was just a hose loose and I ordered it for $25! The engine light is on because of the air coming thru the hose. An associate at WALMART FOUND THE ISSUE! They also left all of the screws and bolts loose to the cover of my motor. They actually already replace the catalytic converter and on my invoice it said alternator! They have no clue what they are doing and over pricing and telling lies to women.

These guys were absolutely fantastic all the way around. I had an issue on vacation and they handled it promptly and professionally. The counter people and technicians were very nice. The price was very competitive too, roughly half what I would pay locally. Thank you!

I am always treated with respect when I visit Wayne's Automotive!!! I completely trust Shane, and his team to have the best interest in my automobile to keep it in tip top condition at a reasonable cost. I have been a customer there for at least 5 years and refer friends there often. However, I do miss my friend "CODY" who left the business to pursue another career, and I wish him the best. My service has NOT suffered with him leaving the "fold", he just was and is a special to me. Thank you Shane.
