As a law firm, we are fully versed in both contract interpretation and enforcement, and knowledgeable in the application of federal and state healthcare regulations. Miller & Milone, P.C., has more than 25 years' experience in the health care industry. We draw on the legal knowledge and hands-on experience of our attorneys and staff to provide clients with the highest level of service. Every hospital has a staff charged with the responsibility of arranging a safe discharge once a patient no longer requires the level of care provided by a hospital or an acute care facility.
