Matt Randall and his team are exceptional! I had a large diamond fall out of my engagement ring that was covered under a personal articles policy and Matt himself was able to get my claim filed immediately when I contacted the office. Communication was fast, professional, and friendly - everything you could want when you have an unfortunate insurance claim of any kind. Additionally, the claims representative was great too and I had the money deposited directly in my account extremely fast. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, if I had to lose a diamond.
