Dr. Austin Trueblood grew up near the Hillsboro area in Sardinia, and went to Whiteoak High School. He was a very active member in the Highland County 4-H program while raising and showing beef cattle. He received his first adjustment while he was in high school, and it had a profound impact on not only his health, but life's purpose.
Hilary was under neurologically based chiropractic during her pregnancy. She experienced very little discomfort and was able to have a completely natural birth without any interventions! Hilary was thankful that chiropractic care allowed her to have a short and smooth delivery process. I have been going to True Life Chiropractic for almost 2 years now. Doctors Austin and Ashleigh have helped me out tremendously when I first started going to True Life Chiropractic and they took my X-rays they found that I had 2 discs in my neck were tilted downward and I had one hip tilted in and the other tilted out which caused me to have terrible back pain. After the first six to eight months after going there Dr. Austin said I was improving quickly considering the back pain I was having.
