They gave my teenage son a great deal on 3 new tires a few months ago after another local tire shop took advantage of him. Then today, they patched the tire from that dealer that did him dirty for no charge. Their response? We take care of our customers. Wow! Service like this is a rarity these days. Good, honest people. They have customers for life. 5 stars!

I haven't gotten service here in a good minute but i have to commend a staff member. You see, it's one thing being professional and kind to the customers when you're at work but Mr. John W. he is the same wherever you run into him. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and don't mind helping you even if he's off work. I just love me some Mr. John. Thanks Mr. John. aka, a friend to all with that special smile. Your canned response is falling on deaf ears Paul, read a few of your other reviews and you will see you have a problem that no amount of "give us a chance to make it right" will rectify.
I did bring my car back, I did explain my problem and after being told it was fixed and demonstrating to the mechanic it wasn't before I leave the lot, the response was "oh, well you actually need new parts we never mentioned until now"
This is the second location that has provided poor service, thankfully the first was only ignoring me while I waited to have tire work done. Looks

I bought a set of tires in March of 2020. I had to return recently due to a road hazard issue. The opinion of the gentleman I spoke to was that it was a blemish since the tire still held air. But it is more than a blemish, there is a contusion in the tread that continues to the outer wall of the tire creating an opening and cracks in the sidewall. My concern is that this issue will continue to worsen resulting in and eventually compromise the integrity of the tire core resulting in a complete failure of the tire.

The fact that Kevin Townsend can have a job gives me hope for all of the jobless individuals in the world because I truly believe that anyone on the planet would be a better fit for his position. I know this because I myself could do a better job and even had to do so when Kevin could not find me in the system because he couldn't think of a way to look me up other than phone number. Thank god my big brain could conceive of the concept of searching by last name so that he could actually find me, but don't worry it wasn't until after he made a scene about how it wasn't possible

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! Went here due to a flat tire, so I drove there on a spare. I paid $110 for a new tire, just to find out they could not put it on. They claimed that the lugs were too tight on my spare and it would break if they tried to take it off. Which is fair, but that was not the case. I asked how much it would be if it happened to break, and he estimated $500 more dollars. So I told them I would just drive my car back to my house because I was not paying for a tow truck. Bad attitude by employee and incompetence. Asked me to change 4 tires for only rear tire problem. I got new ones from them but same problem with that rear tire. Changed sensor / repaired and still problematic. They don't want business and if you get things done then don't take responsibility. No respect for customers. Please avoid them.

I use to be a fan until I came in to get my tire repaired. The one thing I hate is stupid mistakes. They didn't put my valve cap back on after repairing my tire. I noticed after I left and called , their response was they would give me another cap. I purchased special valve caps so they would not match my other ones. You are a tire company so take pride in your work and put the valve caps back on!!
I also noticed they scratched my rims in two spots after watching them throw my tire and rim around before putting it back on my car. I get it they think I am an ignorant woman but I do take care

Just to let you all know I have trusted this place for a few years. Now I am so sorry I did. I have sent many people there. I will tell them what happened. I went in for a nail in my tire. They said it was in the side wall and I would have to purchase a tire. It was almost 400.00 dollars. I did not go far it. I went to pep boys after and the man took the nail out it wasn't a nail after all it was a tiny screw that wasn't even long enough to puncture the tire. So they lied to me and I won't be back. Well, at the time I was impressed by their work, but afterwards I learned they made a serious rookie mistake.
My car has wheel locks. It's a round bolt with a little pattern in the end. You get a special "key" that works like a standard bolt, but because it's not a regular bolt, you're not supposed to torque it so hard. It doesn't have the strength to be torqued even to regular spec.
Not only did they attach my wheel lock with an impact gun, they cross threaded it and made it impossible to remove. After using a 3-foot breaker bar and stripping the pattern off

Places like this are why I let my dad do the majority of repairs for vehicles. Walked in, said I needed a patch because I had a screw in the tread of my tire. Guy pulls my car in, there's no way he had time to take the tire off before he came in and told me the screw had punctured my side wall which I knew for a fact that it had not because the screw was in between tread. Worst tire place ever, do NOT go there. First they installed a less expensive tire then the one I paid for. Then they did not return my tire lock, luckily I did not get stranded on the intestate with a flat. Cause I would not have been able to unlock the tires.
Then after I notice the difference in tires, they over inflated my tires. They're suppose to be at 32, they were at 60. I could've seriously been hurt with a blow out!
Then it was a huge hassle to have them replace my tire locks.
The staff is not knowledgeable and rude. Everything took so much of my effort to correct

I went in to get my brakes done as well as get the front two tires replaced and check the alignment. After I dropped off my car, I got a call telling me that it would cost about $300 to align my wheels. I told the guy no to the alignment. When I showed up to pay for the tires and brakes, the guy charged me for the alignment. When I questioned it, he said that I authorized the additional work which was not true. There was not much I could do other than pay and tell people about my experience.

I've had two tires patched here in the last 6 months (driving in Nola is a hazardous endeavor) and one oil change and I really like these guys. They do a good job and are always friendly.
Since I've only gotten relatively cheap services, I can't comment on most of their prices in comparison to other shops in town, but the oil change and patch together was comparable in price to just an oil change at a 5 minute place. Even more impressive, the first tire I had patched was right after Hurricane Isaac and they not only patched it on generator power, but took down my information
