My issue with this business is their method of processing applications for properties they represent. The agent was very friendly and communicated well, So no issue there. The problem arose when attempting to submit an application which they do on “ first come first serve” type basis.
Their attempt to be fair in the accepting and processing of applications is to process them in the order they are received after showing a property. I believe this is a reasonable way accomplish the goal. However, my experience did not follow with this policy as I see it.

Selling a home when the pandemic started was not only a safety concern, but also overwhelming if you’re trying to manage work and a family. Team Lassen honestly took care of EVERYTHING for us....we felt safe, respected, and not stressed. Home viewings lasted a weekend and we had several offers. I was extremely satisfied with the performance of Team Lassen in selling my home in Broomfield, CO. Anoma Perera worked diligently to market the house professionally, give amazing showing tips, and I had tons of showings over a short time period even during an off season market listing. Also, I can be demanding (its business!) yet TL worked closely with me to insure complete satisfaction and sold the house with a satisfactory profit which met my needs.

Worst experience ever. Overbilled for work done, billed twice for same work done, suggested I replace airconditioning unit because tenant was threatening to sue, even though Lassen acknowledged that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Granted, the tenant (found by Lassen) was extremely difficult, but Lassen was interested in saving their own skin and left me hanging. They get paid to deal with difficult tenants. They would rather I pay $3700.00 for new a/c unit than deal with a difficult tenant. They fired the Lassen agent in

Charlie Souza and Team Lassen did an excellent job assisting us with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one! Charlie and Natalie at Team Lassen just helped me sell my house in Anthem. I have bought and sold quite a few homes in my life and this was by far the best experience I have had. I have had nothing but great experiences with Team Lassen over several years. They managed our rental property after we moved and later sold the home for us. Charlie was a fantastic Seller's Broker. He looked out for us constantly during a transaction that was shaky at times (through no fault of his).
