Spa owner, Jolene Dusseau Hauser, was trained in Massage Therapy at the Rainstar University in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. Honored for her leadership and academic excellence, Jolene was awarded a full scholarship in the field of massage. I created my business plan, at 18, with the goal of creating a spa that would provide a higher-level massage therapy.

Pillossage: This is a new modality that combines hands-on techniques with specifically designed thermal flax pillows. These innovative protocols deepen the therapeutic effect.

Purchased a Groupon. Took 2 months to schedule an appointment. Arrived for my 90 minute massage only to find out that Zoe had double booked. Zoe was not very apologetic for her mistake. She started making excuses but I pulled up the texts on my phone that we sent between each other. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment. Zoe was able to get me in the same day so I came back 2 hours later but could only fit me in for 60 minutes. Her 90 minute appointments would not of been til mid February and I did not want to have to come back again. Zoe offered to add hot stones in and said that I could come

After initial text message requesting an appointment someone did respond very professionally giving me the number of Zoe. It took a week with her prolonged responses to schedule an appointment only to cancel the night before. She said she was sick and asked what other days worked for me. I responded and she still hasn’t (3+ days) so I sent her the following message...
I wish I had did a google search before purchasing these Groupons. Your communication has been horrible. People purchase massages because they need to relax. They shouldn't endure additional stress trying to schedule a appointment
