Stay Away. Hired them to remodel and renovate multiple rooms. Wrote one contract and paid a deposit. But before the work started they changed the amount and requested modifications to the contract. I made it work, again. They subcontracted the work using cheap labor. Workers did not know what they were supposed to do and some came to the project site without tools. Most jobs had to be redone. After we complained to the owner of the bad workmanship, they stopped the project and we had to change/limit the scope of work. The project was supposed to be completed in 2-3 weeks, but the limited scope

I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan Tajilli on two different jobs. Both times he and his crew were professional, honest and reliable. On both jobs, the proposed price was the final price and the work completed was of outstanding quality. On one job, Ryan added popcorn texture, paint and baseboards to a partial wall, matching the texture and color beautifully. I would use Ryan and his company again in the future and recommend him for any remodeling/construction job.
