Services
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
On your first visit, you can expect to have a conversation first with Dr. Evans about what's bothering you. We will ask you do to some simple range-of-motion exercises to help us evaluate your health. After examining your posture, we may take some x-rays if necessary. At that point, we'll talk to you about what we've found and what we recommend for treatment.
Chiropractic does not work like an anti-histamine as a direct, short term relief from allergies. Chiropractic allows your body to be better equipped to fight against allergies. Allergies are a reaction by your immune system to an allergen (substances that normally have no effect on people) resulting in sneezing, coughing, congestion, hives, rashes, and in severe cases, seizure and anaphylactic shock.
You know that your body is controlled by your brain, but the spinal cord and vast network of nerves that carry its messages are just as important. When this system is not functioning at its peak, your body's overall performance suffers. In the chiropractic world, we don't use drugs to treat our patients.
This technique has become the "gold standard" for treating disc injuries involving back pain and the often-accompanying leg pain. Flexion-distraction involves the use of a specialized table that gently "distracts" or stretches the spine and which allows the chiropractor to isolate the area of disc involvement.
