We are a proud woman-owned business that operates throughout the southeast region of Louisiana in the surveying, civil engineering, planning, project management, and construction management sectors. With over 60 years of combined experience, we are available to help with all project needs, from big to small.
Our survey crew has over 30 years experience in performing various types of surveying on a wide variety of properties that include commercial, residential and rural. Land surveying is the technique and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three dimensional space position of points and the distances and angles between them.
Construction Staking for this project includes roadways, sewer, drainage, and lot stakeouts. Services for this project included a boundary and topographic survey, resubdivision of lots, neighboring land owner coordination, preliminary design, Stormwater Management Plan, Drainage Impact Study, Floodzone Determination and Proposed Certificate of Elevation, full site civil design, construction administration, and construction staking.
