Don’t question there “billing” OR they quite the job and threaten to pull the entire application. Very spiteful and maligned. I have never seen anything like it and I have worked with many engineers in NYC. These guys have galacticly inflated egos and if you do not cater to them you will regret it!! Move on to a small form who cares about you.
