The paper work for requesting a quote was a bit confusing for a person with little real estate experience. I completed the parts that I understood and received a call from Carl Bob Hellums. I was able to easily explain to him exactly what I needed and he later called back with a quote. The entire experience was easy and I was always treated with courtesy and professionalism. Andy Galloway toured the property and he could not have been nicer. I recommend Tasador Appraisals, they are experienced and responsive to customer needs.

I called Randy Pierce to try to help us with our home buyer's lender who has rescheduled our home sale 3 times in 2 months, to see if he could please be the appraiser for us because the appointed appraiser by lender is behind by a month. He went out of his way to call the lender 3 times, followed up with me, then called the lender again to see if he could do the appraisal for us instead of the other person who hasn't even called, set a time or even given us his/her name. I am so frustrated; but Randy followed up and followed through all the way with nothing in return except a big thank
