Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I placed an order for their toner 19 days ago and never received it. I also sent them 3 emails requesting the tracking information and never received that either. The first email they responded saying they would send me the tracking info that day and to no surprise, they never did. NOT HAPPY with this company
