I had a great experience. I called them, told what the problems were. They scheduled me in the same week and my car was fixed in One Day.!! Truly!. Now, every car has different problems and might not get fixed as fast as mine did. But I highly recommend them and will bring my car back whenever it needs work done.

Took my 04 Cherokee in for a very rough idle that I myself just couldn’t pinpoint… was narrowed down to crankshaft position sensor. Definitely got rid of the rough idle, BUT because of a bad part ( from the manufacturer) it caused a very bad continuous engine surge. Limped it into the store the next morning described to the owner what was going on and the shop did not hesitate to get it back in immediately even brought me home so I didn’t have to wait and then came back a couple hours later to pick me up and bring me back to the shop. Let me tell you how Laye’s Tire & Auto helped me… Friday, My Ford Expedition decided it needed some repairs while being driven on the highway! Imagine that!! A terrible noise in the engine, so we had to park on the side of the road. Yuk! I called Ford, that was a mistake… a friend recommended Laye’s so I called. Annette, said she would call a tow truck and call me right back. She did!! The tow truck was on the way. Because it was a Friday she explained, they would get on it Monday and they did!!

Went in for an oil change last week and timing belt replacement, with no issues whatsoever prior to them working on it. Fast forward to not even a whole week later and now my car is having all sorts of issues. They had left something unplugged that prevented my car from passing the 45 mph range, on top of my car shutting down on me. It’s been faulty since.
Also, I was quoted in the $600 prior to getting there, and ended up paying up to almost $850 when I walked out of there and they did not seem to care or want to honor their original quote. They did nothing different from what I asked them

This shop is the best around and the only place I take my jeep to I actually drive all the way from Orlando to bring it there that’s how great they are. Just had a lift kit and new wheels put on and nothing but perfection slides there the owner had had me go back a few times now to make sure everything is tight and perfect for me at no charge. Simply just a great business.

These guys are great! Honest, thorough and fair. I was in Avon Park last week and after 1000 mile drive discovered my brakes were shot. Laye's worked me in on Saturday morning and repaired only what was needed for a fair price. I just drove another 1000 miles to Ohio and everything is great.

I call Layes tires early in the morning to ask how long an oil change would be. They tell me 20-30 minutes. I drive over there before work trying to squeeze it in because it needed to be done today because I won't have time to do it any other time. I walk in and tell them I need it done but if it's going to take longer than 30 minutes I would not like to get it done because I would be late for work!
