I own 3 vehicles and they all get serviced at Ryan's. He is hands down one of the best mechanics I have seen and always honors his work. They do there homework and always get good quality parts. I havent in 4 years of doing business with him had to take my vehicle back, not once. When it leaves his shop, he knows the job was done correctly.
Everything is very organized in the shop and clean which reflects how he deos his work also. Shari in the office is awesome as well! Always friendly and has a smile. She is whiling to help as best she can for anyones situation! Awesome group of people. Highly recommend there shop! I trust Ryan Automotive to give me a fair and reasonable quote and to preform all work in a timely manner.

We brought our 2015 Subaru Crosstrek in for shocks and bushings. they replaced them and we brought the car back with problems of it pulling to the side and making a clunking noise. Apparently they forgot to tighten one one of the shock towers but gave us back the car anyway. I brought it back and they fixed the shock tower, but it still pulls to the side and makes weird clunky squeaking noises. I do not recommend this shop

Ryan and Cheri are personable and professional and run a great local business where “customer service” is exactly that - and not just something that many companies simply pay lip-service to but fail to deliver on.
I have used Ryan’s Automotive Service twice and on both occasions the work has been done well and at a fair price and with honesty and transparency.

Ryan's had excellent service. They are great at communication, and do a detailed vehicle report where you can then select what services you want completed. The report is very detailed and shows prices for each service, breaking down labor vs parts. In addition, the ride home service after you drop your vehicle off is a lifesaver. Would highly recommend, fair price, great quality, and best communication/staff.

I've been around cars my whole life with my dad being an autobody guy, my 4 years of shop working on my beater and being with someone for 10 years who owned an automotive shop.
With that said, this is my third time here and I really like thre people that work here and the service they provide. They are fast and efficient, very helpful and will not try to UPSELL you anything, and at the same time will let you know if something down the road needs work.

If I could give this "business" zero stars I would. Cheri is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. I come in every month extremely positive and she makes every effort to shame me as much as she can both verbally and by changing prices without showing any paperwork to back up her reasons. The rate is supposed to be $25 for a calibration, and she randomly will change the rate when she wants to. Not only that, she will will tell I haven't had the experiences that I have had with the device and that I don't know what I am talking about.

Outstanding service, highly skilled and technically expert staff, clean work area - exactly what you're looking for when your car/truck needs work.
Brought my 2013 F-150 in with a heater/coolant system issue - pointed towards a heater core change. Ryan quickly diagnosed leaking coolant lines into the Ecoboost turbos - got it exactly right, fixed it, truck back to me on time at the initial cost estimate. Great Job!

I took my hybrid to Ryans for a basic oil change. I got a call saying something was wrong with my battery and that they could diagnose it for 125 dollars and was told it might be my alternator going out. This would of been the second time they warranted my batter and was told they could not keep doing it since they thought it was a problem with my battery. Well first they did not check my battery correctly and second my electric car has no alternator they were rude when they said they couldn't keep warranty my battery again. So I do not recommend any one with a electric car to take it to Ryans

They not only take great care of your car, but they care even more about the person behind the wheel, a quality that is so important yet so hard to find! Amazing service and amazing people!

It's a small family run business so I hate to leave a negative review. However, I took my car there to get my brakes inspected and they told me I only had one percent left on my front brakes and four percent left on my back brakes and I needed to swap them out immediately, for a price tag of almost $1000.I found that very hard to believe so I took it in for second opinion to another place,and I was told I had 20 percent left on my front brakes and my back brakes looked brand new. With such a huge difference I took it to a third person and the third person confirmed what the second person said

Took my yukon to them due to the ac warming up on hot days and the blower motor only working intermittently. I have to admit that I was nervous about someone else working on my vehicle since I used to be a mechanic before I changed careers ( just didn't have time to work on in between work and newborn). They did the repairs quickly and gave a very good description of work performed on work order. His wife was friendly and professional when we went to pick it up and the price was fair. 10 out of 10 will go back.

The best, most honest automotive shop around. I took my car in for a AC Recharge and he did a 27 point inspection for free. He gave me a detailed list of what he saw wrong with my car as well as going over what was priority to fix. I have taken it there for work since and he has done a great honest job with reasonable pricing! I will never take my car anywhere else.
