CPE Consultants, LLC (CPE) was established in May of 2003 by Raul F. Pia, P.E. Mr. Pia traces his roots to 1984, when he and his partner, started Collins/Pia Consulting Engineers, a 4-person engineering consultant firm.
Over the years, the firm grew to 125 persons becoming one of the largest engineering firms in Arizona, offering planning, engineering, surveying, architecture, and landscape architecture services with offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Nogales, and Willcox, Arizona.In 2001, the company was sold to an international consultant firm that wished to expand its capabilities and capitalize on Collins/Pia's experience.
