Wont be going here again. Called was quoted a price and then go get just a regular gel fullset assuming it the price the guys said $40. Which anyone who gets their nails done know any nail place charges $35-$40 for a fullset with gel. They charged me $65 saying no i was told wrong price and that it $40 for set and $25 for rhe gel added that is insane anyone would pay this and def what was done not worth $65. Will never use again and to be told something and for the guy to say wrong price and i confirmed when got their lasy say yay yay. Waste of money. I can get my feet and nails done for $60 anywhere

I got a massage, pedicure and manicure. The experience was wonderful! The salon was clean and beautiful! Large: great for parties or large groups. The staff was so friendly and nice. Yolanda was amazing! My massage was excellent and tailored to just what I needed. I have chronic back pain and she worked wonders for me! Vanessa was also wonderful! My pedi and dip manicure were great! Highly recommend and I will be going back soon!

Poorly done manicure. Probably the worst I’ve ever gotten. The tech didn’t soak my nails before starting, didn’t use cuticle oil, didn’t put lotion on. I’ve never had a 100% dry manicure before but it hurt and looks awful. Every nail is crooked and has rough, jagged edges. These photos are from right after leaving and you can see how dry the cuticles and surrounding skin look. She used a file with too low of a grit number so I asked her to redo the shape with a finer file. She did, and this is still how bad they look. We love this nail salon! We live in College Park & my husband & I come in & get pedicures often. I get manicures here as well. We've been coming here for the last 3 years & we are always happy with the results. Mercede is very friendly & hospitable & her team is very nice & pleasant. Great atmosphere! :)

I used to love this place, i did. after a few years i returned to orlando and needed my nails done desperately as 2 had broken off. i made an appointment for 12 and it took legitimately 2 hours to do a refill. 30 minutes out of that was just painting my nails.
i really tried to stay positive the entire time but i never knew what was happening at any point. i've been getting my nails done for 4+ years and i have never been so confused while getting a refill.

I absolutely loved this place! I was in Orlando for vacation and unfortunately broke a few nails and called for an appointment. I was surprised by how big the space is. There’s an area for manicures, a whole… separate section for pedicures and a full bar connecting the spaces. What’s better than some wine while getting your nails done ? They also do waxing and hair! Everyone was very sweet and the vibes are immaculate! Jaime did my nails and she was professional and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend this place to everyone 100000/10! Will be returning here every time I

My experiences at Nails by Mercede have always been wonderful!! I always feel relaxed and well taken care of. Nina is GREAT!! She is highly skilled, gentle and meticulous. And even with her giving attention to… every detail, she gets my pedicures and manicures done in a very timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive to all clients. Wanda (for GEL) & Yanelvis (for Powder) are the best EVER!!! Great personalities, welcoming demeanor and truly the best nail salon experience you’ll find in central Florida! I hate giving reviews like this when the staff is really nice and everything was done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the quality of the work is just not there. I usually get the dip powder done elsewhere which lasts me between 3-4 weeks. Just wanted to try here since it's a more convenient location. I got dip powder mani and a regular pedi done here and my pedicure chipped after a few days, and my dip powder started lifting after just a week. It has now been (almost) two weeks and 6 of my fingers have already had the entire nail lift and pop off, kinda disappointing for paying so much

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Never had a problem with the service and today I decided to take my daughter to get a gel manicure with rhinestones for her Valentine’s present. Work looks great but when the lady told me $50 just for her nails not including mine I looked at her crazy. She’s 9 years old with a gel manicure and rhinestones on two fingers only. I find that a complete rip off especially how I paid $30 for my adult gel manicure. So pretty much $20 for rhinestones on two of her fingers. Absurd!

They have beautifully renovated and extended their nail salon. It's everything a nail salon should be and more! Luxurious and relaxing atmosphere with background music and TV's playing on the walls. A ton of color selections and services available. Customer service is very friendly and sociable!

Excellent!! Possibly the best nail salon I have been to. They have a huge separate room for pedicures. They have tvs playing music videos and movies. The staff is young, hip and friendly. They have wine, and water and I saw some women drinking mimosas so they have that too. Cindy did my pedicure and she was fantastic!

I've been meaning to find a good spot for nails and I haven't been anywhere since we moved to Orlando. A friend recommended this place and passed my Yelp QC check so I booked a spot.
I was taken right away when I arrived even though I was a little late. Mercede is an eyebrow magician! I swear she is. She started doing my eyebrows 2 months ago and said, "don't touch them until I see you next" and I did just that and BAM! They match and are striking! I get so many compliments on them now. Thank you for helping with something I had no idea how to attack.
Based on my Yelp review, I have been going here now, faithfully, for a year and a 1/2! They are great with appointments and even if you walk in, they will let you know how long and try their best to fit you in as soon as possible.
