We were out of state property owners, needing to sell our condominium used nine years as a rental in RSM. After several solicitations, phone calls and interviews, we selected Ryan. He presented a well-defined approach, pricing point rationale and especially a concierge service for repairs and refreshing the condo. Ryan was very responsive and knowledgeable from start to finish, he answered my calls and texts pretty much 24/7 and was very professional in doing so. He helped me choose a very competitive list price that I thought was a bit high at first but I trusted he did his research and after only 5 days on the market we accepted an offer and closed 17 days later $35,000 over asking price!
