How long have you been in business? Who will be assigned as project supervisor for the construction job? Who will be working on the project? Employees or Sub-Contractors. Insurance? May I have a list of homeowner references from this construction projects? May I have a list of business referrals or home construction suppliers?
We know that building a new home is quite a venture for anyone. 1. We have completed many projects in the last 15 years. 3. We work with you to help customize your house plans/drawings. 4. We do not ask for a deposit for your new home. 6. You may review our standard contract documents. 8-1. We can be reached by phone, fax or e-mail.
This is the actual cost of our Fixed Price Contract to build the house. Your Construction Contract will include an Addendum that will define the level of certain allowances. Think of an allowance as a "gift certificate" that you can shop for specific items to go into your new home. Items such as flooring, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures are some of the areas that are typically covered by allowances.
Thank you for the wonderful job you did with our cottage renovation. My only prior experience with construction in the Northern Neck was 10 years ago (with a different contractor) when we had the cottage updated inside. The 3 month project ended up taking 18 months and it was a very painful experience.
