We went with this law firm to close a realestate transaction because our buyers were with them. They were kind but not on top of things. We repeatedly had to give them our email address, even after they had previously emailed us documents. We had to ask several times to have documents sent to us, we were never informed that the closing happened, and not called to pick up our check. Also, they almost cost our buyers by waiting until closing to check encroachment on their old property. If you choose Arnette Law be prepared to stay on top of them to get things done.

Arnette Law came highly recommended by our realtor to use as our closing attorney, and we were very impressed with Kesai's services. During the escrow process, we needed to discuss a matter with her, and she promptly returned our phone call and spent time considering the issue and explaining our options moving forward. No client representation whatsoever for the fee they charge. During the course of the deal, there was not a single time when my phone calls were answered and all the questions I had were addressed. The choice was as a part of realtor's "recommendations". It is almost 7 months since the deal was closed but the residue of their mistake is still… there. And it was a simple task. Will never use them again and will not recommend them to no one. If one believes any firm can shuffle papers between parties and courthouse, he/she may be surprised when it comes to this firm. The firm did apologize
