Andy Unerstall began his business in 1983 as Unerstall Construction Company. He started with himself and one employee. Andy already had several years of experience in the building industry and used this to do anything from repair work, to remodeling, to room additions.
His first few customers were happy with his quality work and referred him to their neighbors and as a result, he spent the first 2 years in business working in the same neighborhood.He realized that his word and reputation were his best advertising. The business has grown and now employs 13 people, many of which have been with the company more than 20 years.

I enjoy challenging projects such as renovating a run-down building or working with a customer to design their our custom dream home. Quality workmanship is our top priority. We pride ourselves in working closely with the customer to design a space to meet their needs.

Andrew Unerstall is the owner and President of Unerstall Construction Company and has over 35 years of building experience. Andy listens to you, determining your needs and budgetary guidelines, and then discusses the appropriate options to provide a plan for your project. There's no one more experienced or committed to taking your vision and collectively achieving something truly unique.
As our own General Contractor, we hold the main responsibility for the construction, improvement, or renovation projects that are under contract. This means we hire any subcontractors and suppliers we would need to complete the project. We use our own professionals to take responsibility and supervise each project until it is completed.
