We had a great experience with everyone in this office. Melissa was our agent and is wonderful. She is always responsive and went above and beyond to make our buying experience as stress free as possible. At one point in the process we had to deal with an error made by the appraiser. Melissa and her husband, who is a broker, both stepped in to resolve the problem and ensure that we were happy and well represented. Even after closing Melissa helped us find contractors and went so far as to corral our kids while we met with one of them. At this point we consider her more of a friend than an agent

There is no pond or water on the property as shown on map, down from here on Lonestar lane and 1774. Great piece of property up for sale. New wider road and a new fire department 300 yards down Lonestar lane.This would make a great Wendys or any fast food place because there are none in the surrounding location.
