The W. Gochis Insurance Agency is an Independent Insurance Agent providing the full range of insurance services for the Burlington and Metro Boston areas. We have been serving the Burlington community from our Cambridge Street location since 1984. Our agency was founded by William Gochis, a 40+ year member of the insurance industry, and is now run by his son Tom who has been a part of the company for 30+ years.
With multiple insurance companies for pricing, we will shop for you and apply all the discounts available to you as well as go over coverages with you to make sure that you have the appropriate amount to protect you. The agency also has in house registration capabilities, which include new registrations on new and newly acquired vehicles, registration transfers which include new title (Motorcycles too) & registration renewals.

I have been with Gochis for a while. Family owned and operated. TJ Gochis has been an incredible resource for me for years. I can contact him with any questions, anytime I need to and he responds quickly, always. Overall, the customer service is something you will not get from a much larger provider. I highly recommend Gochis Insurance in Burlington.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The new management is unethical & underhanded at best & outright criminal at worst. I came in to learn about their insurance options having bought a new car & within a few minutes they went ahead & registered my car (which you cannot do legally until someone has secured insurance which I had not) then said I had to buy insurance through them afterwards because they already paid to have it registered. The woman Barbara admitted that they sometimes forge their clients signatures since esigning is too complicated for them to figure out. After practically begging

Today I had a rock fly up and hit my windshield. I called and spoke with Barb, and she got me a claim number within minutes! She has been my rep for over 15 years and has always been there for any claim I have had and handled it quickly and accurately. Thank you Gochis Ins for hiring top shelf representatives!!! I have been with this insurance company since 2005 and I have always had EXCELLENT customer service. I have auto and apartment insurance through them. I have purchased/leased a 3 cars in the past few years and they were very efficient during the whole process. All of my coverage was explained to me very clearly and they even informed me of a discount I qualify for to make my premium lower (low mileage discount!).
Unfortunately, I also had 2 cars that were totaled and as everyone knows that can be a headache. Not when dealing with Gochis! Everything was taken care of right away, I even joked that
