Home Inspections are available in Cypress, Houston, Katy, Spring, Sugarland, Richmond, Hockley and surrounding areas. Your licensed and insured inspector will usually spend 3-4 hours preforming a visual examination of the structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation to find deficiencies and damage.

David Gibb at Solid Home Inspections is the inspector that you want working for you. David is very thorough and detailed in his inspections. David inspected a house that my in-laws were interested in purchasing and after that experience I don't see the need to use any other home inspector. I would definitely work with David Gibb again for my home inspections. I know there are other positive reviews, and I experienced all of those positive qualities expressed by others as well. I will hire David Gibb again for the next inspection.

David inspected 2 homes for us. He is extremely thorough and detailed. The impression we got was that he was inspecting the house as if he were going to purchase it. The report was extremely detailed and listed everything he found, with recommendations and pictures, as well as the codes that were needed to be followed. I had a great experience dealing with Solid Home Inspections the week of 3/26/18. I'm purchasing a home and the seller wanted an inspection within a few days.
