Just had my first appointment with Dr. Bolton, and she was amaaaazing. Thank you, and your wonderful assistant so very much! Just moved here and I was really worried about some work done by my dentist from California. Dr. Bolton and her assistant put my mind at ease, and I am on my way to resolving the issue! Bull City Smiles is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr Jorge is the best! He explains in detail what needs to be corrected and the best course of action to a level that I can understand. Everyone in the office is so nice. When I go, I look forward to especially seeing Katie, she is the nicest, sweetest lady ever!

I cannot say enough good things about Bull City Smiles! Dr. Bolton is an absolute wizard, I've never had a dentist do such an amazing job at making me feel so at ease and confident in the work I was having done. The staff is kind, courteous and professional. The office itself is beautiful and always clean. If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go!

After going to the same practice and having seen the same dentist for almost 20+ years, I was VERY nervous about having to give up our relationship, but driving 500 miles to see the dentist was a bit out of the question.

Kindest, most professional dental clinic I've ever visited. Been with them for over 2 years and not seeing a reason why not to continue.
I personally go to Dr. George, and am very happy with his bedside manners and professionalism. I'm also a big fan of his assistant, but alas, I keep forgetting her name (she has an MA in chemistry that I remember)

As a grown woman I avoided dentists like the plague all due to one bad experience when I was 19 or 20. I ended up with a piece of tooth coming off and a coworker recommended Bull City Smiles. When I went in for my first appointment I sat in the chair and tears were rolling down my face as I awaited the humiliation embarrassing exam with judge… mental people I was sure was going to come. It never happened! They were kind, calm and so patient with me. They are awesome I am proud to say I now even make my every 6 month cleanings. I am so grateful for all the staff and Dr George.

I have been to a number of dentist and had a bad experience as a Marine with dental care in the 80s. Since then I went to a number of well known franchise types of dental offices, again not the greatest experience. Bull City Smiles is unique in that it doesn't come off as your run of the mill medical office. You get a sense that you are valued from… the second you're in the dental chair until you leave. The work I had done was above and beyond what I could ever expect and I am eternally grateful for the high quality services I received. Bull City Smiles changed my life for the better!

Excellent practice all around! Janelle did a great job with the cleaning using a high tech cleaning tool that caused only occasional very mild discomfort. And it was the fastest cleaning I have ever had while still being thorough. Dr. Bolton was super nice and thorough in her exam, explanations and recommendations. The front desk team were very pleasant and polite. The office space is very well appointed and high end. I highly recommend Bull City Smiles!

I am a new patient here and have to say I am very happy with the service. The whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Shawnetta was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, listened to my concerns, and always explained what she was about to do. Knowing what's going on brought me some ease. Dr. Bolton is very kind, a good active listener, took time to answer all my questions, and shows genuine compassion for her patients. Best dental office I've ever been to, hands down. Thank you!! :)

Today was my first time going here as an patient. I was recommended by my sister in law who brings all 3 of her kids here to get their dental cleaning and check and she has had an amazing experience every time. Today when I went i was personally impressed by how nice the place looked as far as being modern and clean. Than the staff wow blown away… they were just amazing. Very kind and caring the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing as well she took great care of my teeth and answered all my questions and concerns along with the doctor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Ok so I've been coming here for the last 2+ years and I've always had a pleasant experience when I come, staff is super friendly, no complaints here. The reason why I gave them a 2 star is because I had two experiences here that made me question them on a more professional level. Last year I had my semi yearly dental cleaning appointment and besides one small cavity, they said everything was fine. Before leaving I mentioned a few other concerns I had and after further investigation, I actually needed a root canal. I was a little taken aback that this wasn't caught with the dental

I moved to Durham a month ago and have since had some unforeseen complications with my teeth. Bull City Smiles has provided kind, extra mile, and upfront care. Everything was quoted to me before performed which was refreshing considering other places will just do something and charge you without full disclosure. They even went the extra mile to call my previous dentist for records so I wouldn't have to pay extra for X-rays. I felt respected and comfortable.

I am not an easy dental patient. I have chemical sensitivities and allergies, and I am a total weenie about tooth pain. So I was sweating bullets when the crown I had to have a broken molar repaired. Dr Bolton was absolutely fabulous, very patient and accommodating of my special needs in all ways. She even arranged for a special 3D imaging service that would allow the replacement crown to be made much faster.
Since then, Shawnetta has done a fabulous job cleaning my teeth several times.

Recently changed my dentist as I wasn't a fan of my previous Durham option. From the start, I was blown away by these folks. I started by emailing Dr. Bolton through the website, and asked at the possibility of finding a different resin for fillings that didn't contain bisphenol A, which I was interested in avoiding. She was quite willing to consider this, and I made an appointment. First, they got me in for a first-time cleaning within a week, which is super impressive. Wow. Dr. Bolton and her staff have it figured out. Her overall professionalism along with her support staff's courtesy and attention to detail are unsurpassed in both the medical industry, and even compared to the consumer industry. They knew me and called me by name when I came in, and I know why the call it Bull City Smiles, everyone was happy and smiling!
