Buyer beware - Don't be fooled by the professional demeanor. This company set us back many thousands of dollars and many months of effort. They committed to major structural repairs and after they said they were finished, we actually fell partially through the deck while walking on it. Not only that, they did not complete all of the contracted work, and when we refused to send the final payment (~$1K left on the bill of ~$40K) until they finished and fixed what they had missed, they had the audacity to put a lien on our house which we had to take legal action to remove.
