In 2010 I received my license in Massage Therapy and in 2014 I received my License as an Esthetician. I am also a Master Reiki Healer. I believe that physical pain is connected to emotional pain. I work on aiding you in your healing process in both. Believing in the power of healing and believing you can live pain-free are important steps to living a healthier and more tranquil lifestyle.

Reiki Treatments are a wonderful way to experience Reiki. As the Reiki energy encourages you to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings, a state of peace and well-being is experienced. At the end of the treatment, you will feel clear and refreshed with a more balanced outlook.
Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. There are seven major chakras. The first chakra (root) is located between your thighs, about halfway between your knees and your physical body.
I am exceptional at relieving migraines, shoulder and neck pain. I am gifted at Emotional Freedom Technique eft through acupressure. Donna is first off a very sweet women. My massage was very much just what I needed. I feel so much lighter after it. She is able to find where you are holding onto stress in your body and release it. She made sure I was breathing through my massage which is very important. Donna used hot stones and hot towels which made for a very pleasant experience. She had just the right touch for me not too soft but not too hard. I went for a two hour massage which went by so fast it almost felt like 15 mins. Donna uses reiki which I feel like is such a added bonus to any practice and also makes her more intuitive

After my appointment I felt like a cold ball of clay that had been worked into a warm malleable mound, she was patient, and sweet. I could immediately feel a difference within my body, and even now about 6 hours after I feel a lightness, and can breathe deeper with what feels like less tension which honestly is throwing me off because I didn't feel like I had any trouble breathing before, and only went in for work on my upper back. Definitely will be back!
