I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Not only did it take them 2 days to return an email to me. After i had been into there store front. But once i ordered my custom embroidered shirt. That was for a very important project for work. Also the shirt cost over $100 for one shirt. The young gentleman told me it would be ready on time with no issues. Called me the following Monday and told me they shipped the wrong size shirt and mine would not be ready on time. This is going on 5 days now since i ordered this. I was told i would be getting a full refund for this. 2.5 weeks

Caps Etc is the only store I go to in Omaha for my logo apparel. The owner, Tracy Anderson, goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of in a professional manner. No job is too small as I only needed only one shirt done with my last order. It was handled perfectly and at a very reasonable cost.
