Dr. Michael Egitto has practiced superb dentistry in North Palm Beach for 20 years. The dental practice has been in his family for over 40 years and has always been dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. In July of 2015, we welcomed Dr. Anthony Sconzo to the office. We are committed to delivering excellent, superior dentistry in a personalized and welcoming manner.

For nearly 40 years, our office has provided a full spectrum of dental care and services. We strive to build long-term relationships with our patients. A large part of creating this relationship is our ability to offer such a wide variety of services, from restorative and cosmetic dentistry to surgical procedures and IV sedation.
Routine dental cleanings are paramount in maintaining the foundation for a healthy oral cavity. Not only can frequent hygiene visits serve to keep the soft tissue and teeth healthy, it provides a means for early diagnosis of any dental issues and an opportunity to review at-home oral care strategies and techniques.
A porcelain veneer is a conservative approach to improve the esthetics of teeth or add a protective layer to the surface. The teeth to be covered with veneers are minimally prepared to create the space required for porcelain. Impressions are then taken, and a dental lab fabricates porcelain laminate veneers which are cemented to the teeth.
Dental Implants are titanium screws placed into the maxilla or mandible. Not only can implants be used as anchors to replace single teeth or a span of teeth, implants can also be used to support dentures or replace an entire set of teeth. Implants work by a process called osseointegration. Osseointegration is the formation of a direct functional connection between bone and the dental implant.

I was referred by a friend to the practice and hoping to see Dr. Egitto. I was able to schedule with Dr. Anthony Sconzo and couldn’t be happier. Dr Sconzo is knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly communicated a plan that I was comfortable with. His bedside manner and skill set are a perfect combination. I am very happy with the esthetics of the repair and he has become my preferred dentist.

Dr. Egitto is outstanding. As a 1st time patient, I cannot emphasize enough how much he helped me.
I arrived with a newly broken tooth and a lot of anxiety. Dr. Egitto immediately put me at ease and explained my options. Within minutes, I knew I was in good hands and could not have been more impressed. His dental assistant Theresa was so kind and also put me at ease the moment I was in the chair. Also, Dr. Egitto's staff is extremely professional, and very friendly.
I cannot recommend Dr. Egitto more highly. I am so fortunate to have found his practice!

Thank God for Dr. Mike and the entire office. My husband had a loose tooth and a gap that Dr. Mike wanted to address and we put it off a bit - BIG MISTAKE. It turned out to be a rare, aggressive, benign but bone and jaw destroying type of cyst, and if Dr. Egitto had not been who he is - careful, thoughtful, HUMBLE, and willing to take a second look and not make assumptions, the outcome could have been terrible. Instead my husband is in a better situation, the care in the office (as always - we have been there at least 30 years and the practice is still totally up to date) was wonderful, the specialists

I have spent many hours in dental chairs having root canals, crowns, extractions and every other procedure, but I would never consider these visits pleasurable until I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Anthony Sconzo.
Dr. Sconzo and his amiable, competent crew made it fun to go to the dentist. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Mike for over a decade now. I’ve lived overseas and eventually always make my way back to his practice because they have ALWAYS treated me as family. He and his fellow DDS’s are some of the most wonderful people. A plus is that they have had the same incredible staff, dental hygienists and office workers for years! It’s ALWAYS a pleasure going in!
