I’ve been a client for years, and I don’t know what’s up with their management and admin in the past 1.5 years, but they’re a mess. I prepaid for cleanings and services for the year and have now been trying to make a 2nd cleaning appointment for over a month. Their phone number literally doesn’t work. Their Burlington office, which is apparently the only one with access to scheduling for Durham, doesn’t pick up or call back. The Winston Salem office picks up, is helpful, but for some reason can’t schedule for Durham. They’ve even sent emails to the Durham office on my behalf several

I had a very pleasant dental experience. I was seen for a cleaning and the hygienist did an excellent job. The doctor was thorough and explained all my dental needs. The ladies at the front desk were a delight and they explained my insurance benefits and what I would need to pay. I will definitely be coming back for all my routine visits.

An absolutely perfect dental experience! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and helpful (as I haven't been to a dentist in years). The cleaning was effective and efficient, their technology was highly up to date, and the staff were extremely knowledgable. The doctor and hygienist were an absolute delight. When recommended for a return visit to make a couple fixes, they scheduled an appointment within less than a week! I greatly recommend this dental center if you are looking for top care and patient priority!

This dynamic dental team is the most pleasant and genuine I have ever experienced! The ladies in the front are so efficient and Dr. Puz is so thorough and caring! His hygienist has the best sense of humor and is outstanding in her profession! I'm not hesitant anymore about having regular dental visits!

I feel very grateful for finding the Dental Center of the Carolinas, South Square. Dr. Puza has been fantastic - always provides great explanations of my dental plan. All of the staff are friendly and it is a pleasure to go to my dental appointments. I have seen many different dental groups over my lifetime and by far, the staff at the Dental Center of the Carolinas are the best I have experienced. I highly recommend visiting this practice for professional services from this exceptional staff.
