This is the best mechanic I've ever had in my life. I feel affectionately towards the whole crew. I'm a young woman, and I've had unpleasant experiences with mechanics before- Bruce's whole team is respectful and informative. They always charge me correctly, always call me before doing something that costs anything. Furthermore, just today I was worried about a new used car I bought. Joe walked around, popped the hood, even drove it around the block for me to check it out- even though they were slammed with a totally full lot. I dropped my car off Thursday night because my breaks went out on the way home. I left my keys and info in their drop box. Friday they called with a detailed estimate on the issues. Bruce (I believe) told me the parts would come in the afternoon, so wouldn't be able to complete the work until Saturday by 1pm at close. I went up about an hour before close and they said they were done for the day and the work was taking longer than expected. He also said he thought I said if it wasn't done by noon since I had to go to work, I would be in on Monday. He apologized for the misunderstanding and got his

I've never had such an easy, painless and overall amazing experience at an auto shop before! The employees are helpful and are sure to explain what needs to be done and why, in addition to breaking down the cost for you (which is the most reasonable pricing you'll find!) They were quick and efficient in repairing my car. I truly cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone!

My Ford Fusion was making a horrible creaking sound yet two different Ford service shops could not figure out what was wrong and instead "fixed" other things that didn't stop the noise. After seeing numerous posts on Facebook recommending Bruce's, I took my car there. Within 3 hours, they had diagnosed the problem and repaired it, for a modest cost. No more noise, no more worries! From now on, I'll take my car to Bruce's and save time and money, plus I'll know my car is fixed correctly. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and accommodating. I stopped for a transmission flush but they had to special order the fluid. I had to schedule a follow up appointment for the service and, because they weren't able to complete the job during my initial appt, they were willing to squeeze me in based upon my availability.

I can't say enough good things about this place and all the people who work there (extra special props to Bruce himself who proved that some places still value customer service over profit). I moved here from Seattle with my beloved 17 year old Subaru Outback. I didn't have a mechanic and I had no idea where to take my car so I consulted Yelp. I have now taken my car and my husband's car to Bruce's several times for repairs and maintenance work, and every time I have been very happy with the work and the customer service.
Each time I have been to the shop, I have been treated with respect and was not talked down to just because I am a woman - something that happens a lot when I visit other car related businesses. They are up front but not pushy, and treat everyone like someone then know.

Updated review, since I drive by this place daily, on my drive home after work in a rental car, I noticed my car on the lot. The shop was closed and front windows were down with all doors unlocked!!!!!!!! I am extremely upset!!!!! My car phone charger and other items open to being stolen!!!!! This is my first time as a consumer of their services and I'm extremely upset... I havent gotten any feedback on their progress but if they leave their customers cars wide open for easy accessability to the public I'm not feeling very confident about this one......
