Our products are of the highest quality, produced by skilled experts, delivered to you quickly and efficiently. What started as a dream in a small garden level apartment by Cale Hall and Travis Sawyer in Savannah, Georgia, has grown to become the choice printer for innovation in the state.
We specialize in making the impossible, possible. From books, presentations, and branding kits to promotional products, logos, and expo setups. Don't worry if you don't have all the details just yet, we will help fill in the blanks when we reach out. Our team is here to help make printing and designing your project easy.

At Creative Approach, we have a multitude of ways to get your work printed. You can e-mail your artwork, or upload it on our site - but you'll notice that we (and all other print shops) ask you to include bleed in your documents. This handy guide will help you truly understand what bleed is and how it works, and show you how to add it into your documents to get the right outcome in your finished product.

The service I get from the staff at creative approach is why I continue to use them. in the past I used to just go online create my own materials an order. the quality and presentation of everything that I hand out having the assistance of a professional has gone way up as result of my work with them. I have printed small items at Creative Approach and have not enjoyed the experience of working with the people there. They charge a cutting fee for trimming orders, yet several of my prints were sloppily cut with ragged edges and white strips still visible. The person helping me acted annoyed all through the process of setting up my files for print and was not attentive.

I recently found out about Creative Approach at a mixer. Was super excited about using a company near my area. I was verbally quoted a price with Paul and reached out to him several days later to use the service. He never responded back so i had to call. Receptionist very nice.
Rick was correspondent and got back to me and only quoted price for resize ( very overprice but i guess because its midtown) $80 to resize a 12x12 to 8.5×11. Invoice said i would receive carry cases but i didn't. They said it was a mistake and would reach back to me about the original price I was quoted. Overall bad experience

I received the worst customer service from the Director of Operations, Rick Laufersweiler. A shame because the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rick let me leave the office unsatisfied with the product without any care or so much as a "sorry for the misunderstanding". He must not need any more business given the way I was treated, which is a shame because we could've brought them so much business over time. I used Creative Approach for a smaller project before this one and I was happy with the results and the other designer who helped me, so you may have a good experience here,
