The roof installation was done good. But the work took over 3 weeks to complete. I constantly had to call James Reed because he never get back to me or update me on status of completion. The workers left there tools on my yard for 2 weeks, the SOFFETT under the roof was knocked down and left on the ground, I had to contact Trinity several times in order to get the job done. I was really concerned about CRITTERS getting up in my attic and building nests.
I had 3 solid customers that was willing to get there roof done ,but I refuse to put my friends thru the trouble I went thru even thou I would

Trinity was hired in 2014. One year after the install the shingles were not secured properly. At that time I had a property manager. The manager was unable to contact them. They never return phone calls with no reply. I sent them a certified letter and it came back to me so I would never do business with this company again. The roof is very poor quality.

I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this company!! The communication is far worse than I have ever seen from a business. There was a knock on my door with supplies I had no idea were coming and when I contacted the salesman he was unaware as well. The job was started that morning and a permit was not placed until after lunch time. There was no dumpster sent to collect the old roof that went everywhere in a thunderstorm. It poured rain and the workers continued to work and therefore I had leaks that stained the ceiling. The hose bib was stepped on and broke which caused a leak in the garage and at

Jake was amazing. I was skeptical, but he ended up being legitimate and delivered on every promise made to us. Our roof is great so far, and we are pleased with the service we received. He was very knowledgeable about the entire roof replacement process, which was helpful for us. Very responsive, professional and patient. Would recommend Jake if you think you might need a new roof. Overall quality of the roof is good. However, other factors during the process were less than ideal and, in fact, I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person.
Issues I encountered during having my roof replaced were:
1. Company went behind my back and submitted paper work to my insurance company without informing me. Ultimately my insurance company approved the changes I as the customer should be made aware of any and all correspondents with my insurance company.
2. Site supervisor was not familiar with county inspection requirements. I called the main office and voiced my concern
