HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i could give them a zero I would. My husband went in to get his vehicle inspected and while lifting the car they damaged the frame causing the vehicle to not pass inspection. They then denied lifting the vehicle - which is now unlawful. I tried doing agreements with them, but the owner kept hanging up the phone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The owner tried to get money out of my wife for failing her on the inspection sticker by stating she failed due to the brakes needing to be replaced even though they are fine (which by state law he can’t even fail her for). He also failed her for her windshield wipers, which also were perfectly fine. I went back to confront him about it and he stated “I’m the inspector and I make the rules”. He also called me a white trash American and he told me he makes way more money than I ever will. He is the most unprofessional owner that I have ever encountered. Do not ever bring your vehicle there

I went to Pro Tech to get my car inspected because it's right down the street from me. During my inspection they noticed that I needed new brake pads, rotors. I compared their pricing to when I got my brakes replaced from the dealership 2 years ago and Pro Tech was $75 cheaper!
On top of that, they noticed a nail in my tire and patched it up for FREE. The whole process took about 2 hours. I highly recommend this place to all!

Dishonest. Went for inspection sticker in a year old vehicle. They told me I needed new wipers or they were going to fail me. My wipers were fine. They said they already entered it into the computer so I needed to buy from them. They charged me $40 for garbage wipers. THe drivers side wiper already cracked at the spot that holds its in place. Had to buy new wipers again within 2 months.

I received service here a couple of months ago. I needed an oil change and a few other fluid flushes. I also asked them to take a look at the car and let me know if anything needed work - preventatively.
I’m a woman and don’t like being taken advantage of, so I try to ask some questions and ensure that I’m aware of what people do with the car. I’ve always had awesome experiences when I do this respectfully and this time I felt completely taken for a ride.
I was told that I needed a full brake job and a few other things. I was charged about $275 for the fluid flushes (which is normal)

Zero stars. this guy would rip folks who visits store. He is charging the folks with state inspection 2$ more in name of using credit card usage + never passes state inspection by mentioning some reasons like wipers & light bulbs - charging them for replacing them without even mentioning all details. I'm sure he isn't even replacing them. DO NOT ever visit Pro Tech. This guy is a real cheat. DO NOT trust positive reviews. no wonder, he might be writing for himself or have someone do it. Dishonest with zero customer care and goal is only to rob money from customers.
