I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
They just charged me 76.00 for a used tire that has very little tread after the website said 30.00 and 15 for mount and balance and we filmed the mechanic as he put aside the tire that was chosen (which was a very nice tire) and proceeded to put on the crappy low tread tire that could have been purchased at a junk yard for 10.00 when questioned by my husband and then myself he claimed that tire wasn't the correct tire for the truck yet that was the tire he showed my husband for the truck and it was the one he chose he didn't even ask if the

The service that I got at jacks tire shop was A+. I called and got a direct answer for the cost of my repair, after driving the short distance there I was greeted at the door and my mechanic was very nice and easy going. The repair on my tire started immediately. I was offered coffee and place to sit and chatted with the owner while my tire was being serviced. The owner was really down to earth and enjoyable to be around. And as I looked around at the tires, I noticed the prices were very reasonable and tires were in great shape. I was up there from Charlotte but I definitely will be coming back

I thought I was buying a car from private seller through craigs list but all the paper work said this company. The guy I dealt with was a liar. He lives on Walton farm dr 23294. be cautious dealing with this guy, he is a smooth talker. he took advantage of my daughters ignorance and she spent all her savings on this car. He said the A/C worked but just needed a charge. Turns out it was dead and costs $800 to repair.

After looking online for a used tire dealer, we decided to ride out to Jack's. Their site leads you to believe: a. Their used tires range from $35-$45, b. he only purchases used tires that have 85% tread and up, c. Balancing, installation is included in the price of used tires. NONE of these are true!!!!! The tires he first showed us had maybe 35-40% tread and he wanted $50 per tire plus we'd have to pay for installation, balancing, etc. The only "deal" he proposed was 4 used tires for $350 plus tax but including installation which wasn't terrible but not what the site

Not too much to say here since they just sell tires but I have been here 3 or 4 times.
Tires are cheaper than most auto places since Jack buys the tires wholesale. Ive spoken to Jack about special orders before and he was able to get them in the next day, great guy seems to really have the customer in mind.
The staff their is knowledgable, friendly, and personable.
If you need tires new or used (he sells used as well). Check them out!

Went in initially to Merchants with a flat tire. They told me I needed all four replaced. After getting a quote from them, I headed to Jack's. I was very happy to hear that they thought I just needed the back 2 tires replaced, which seemed to jive with what I saw as well. A much smaller amount of cash and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. They were very pleasant to deal with and seem trustworthy. If these tires hold, I'll definitely be back!

Worst experience of my life. Took my car to jacks looking for a set of 225 45r17. His prices online are completely misleadiing. I paid way too much for a set of off brand tires. Long story short i stood around for 4 hours while he put my set of tires on with no one else in front of me. He destroyed my set of old tires trying to take them off and scratched my wheels in the process. If it wasnt for his hired help, who knew how to take off low-pro tires, I would have been stranded. On a side note his employee was very knowledgeable and friendly guy.

I took my car to Jack's because I needed a pair of front tires. He was able to find some used ones that matched the wear on the other two tires. This means when it's time to get all four tires installed, I can get a matching set!
They have a pretty big inventory and can do things like fix puncture holes too. I'd definitely recommend Jack's.
