Fleet Dillard. Born in 1912 in Essex County, A. Fleet Dillard earned a bachelor's degree from Hampden Sydney College, attended Duke University Law School, and earned a law degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 1937.

Mr. Dillard is an awesome attorney he worked150 percent for my husband his attention to detail wins cases he did a lot of research. Came to court extremely prepared. We highly recommend him.
