Helena, Alabama, is a suburb located just 30 minutes from downtown Birmingham. Helena was incorporated in 1877, then reincorporated in 1917. The city was once a thriving center of steel production and coal mining prior to the 1930s. In 1933 a tornado ripped through the heart of Helena leaving the city devastated.
Magnolia Springs is known for the pristine, spring fed river that runs through it and the magnificent real estate that lines its shallow banks. The Magnolia River is said to be one of the purest bodies of water in the world. The surrounding coastline became the town of Magnolia Springs after a Spanish land grant in 1800.
Spanish Fort is a city rich in history that dates back to American Revolution. In 1781 Spanish troops defended the city of Mobile against a barrage of British troops, whose mission was to recapture the city. Spanish Fort also saw military action during the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812 and the Civil War.

Cole Garvin is great! We are absentee sellers of 50 acres of land in Creola, AL (now 30 acres) We closed Friday, Sept 6, 2019 on 20 acres and house. Agent jake devantier made a showing appointment at our home. He cancelled the showing a half an hour after he was supposed to be at our home with his clients. That is extremely rude and inconsiderate to the sellers. We spent our entire anniversary weekend cleaning our home for the showing. He scheduled the showing friday for Sunday at 9 am. He… cancelled at 10:00 am Sunday He had plenty of time to call and cancel ahead of time. He should know his clients needs before placing appointments. We are not just a check on your realtor app. We a re actual people. This kind of irresponsibility is
