This was fine for an in-and-out massage, but definitely not a relaxing "spa-like" treatment if that's what you're looking for.
I arrived for my appointment and my massage got started pretty much right away. No paper work required, which may be a good or bad thing. But my massage therapist also didn't ask what pressure level I preferred, if I wanted to focus on any specific areas, or any of those questions I usually get before a massage.
The massage itself was pretty intense, especially on my back/shoulders. Definitely "deep tissue" to the point of almost being

Worst massage of my life! The massage was adequate, it was the customer service. First of all my partner had booked a couples massage for 6pm. He was informed at 3 o'clock that they could only take one of us. The reason the other person cannot be there to perform her job was because she had "gone fishing". At what point does it become OK to answer the phone during a massage? Not once, not twice but 4 TIMES my massage therapist answered the phone. She even went so far as to speak to the Employee, Sue, who couldn't make it to work, on speaker DURING MY MASSAGE! She then proceeded

Very disappointed! I scheduled a couples massage online one week in advanced. I showed up, location was not easy to find , the sign above the door only says "Massage" there is no sinage to indicate to indicate Pearl Spa. Once I located door, I rang the door bell per sign on the door, no one answered the door nor the phone when I called. I stood outside in 22 degree weather for 10 minutes waiting for some one to answer multiple door rings and phone calls. I left with no service, I'm very disappointed that I had an appointment confirmation and on the day of service no one was

I was in town for a concert with my daughter and had a terrible headache. Massages help me with these, but I called eight places and none of them had openings at the last minute. This place was the last one on my list and they told me to come right over. The massage was great and when I told her I had a headache she massaged my face and head. The result? Headache gone and i got to have a great evening with my daughter. Thank you! I only wish I lived here.

I had a stroke a few years ago so I have trubole with my muscles getting tight all time. And the gal that was helping me moved away so looking for a long time to find someone else that could help. That knew what they were doing. Then I found May and she really knows what she is doing. After she was done with me I felt good. But the next day I really notice just how good it was. I Really felt great . I keep going back to her as often as I can. Thanks May you really did a super job on me. Brad
